Sedulia provides tools to schedule, publish, and manage marketing and social media content on accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
You represent that you own or are authorized to manage the accounts you connect and the content you provide. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited permission needed to perform the actions you request on your connected accounts.
You agree to use the service lawfully and in compliance with the terms and policies of any platform you connect. You will not use the service to send spam, infringe others' rights, or engage in deceptive or abusive activity.
The service works with third party platforms through their official interfaces. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their terms, and their availability is outside our control.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Sedulia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms or the service, and you may stop using the service at any time. We will revise the effective date above when terms change.
