Sedulia ("Sedulia", "we", "us") provides software that helps a business manage its own marketing and social media accounts. This policy explains what information we handle and how.
Account details you provide (such as a name and email), the business and social accounts you choose to connect, the content you create or schedule through the service, and basic usage and diagnostic data needed to operate and improve the service.
To provide the service, to publish and manage content on the accounts you explicitly authorize, to analyze performance of your own accounts, to secure the service, and to communicate with you about your account.
When you connect an account (for example Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or Google Business Profile), we access only the data and permissions you authorize through that platform's official interface, and only to perform the actions you request. We do not sell your data.
We share information only with the platforms you connect (to carry out your requests) and with service providers that help us operate, under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
You can disconnect any platform at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
